Enhanced transcripts — know who said what

- Pocket transcripts label every line "Unknown". Enhanced transcripts re-listen to your original audio and separate the speakers, so a meeting reads as a conversation instead of a wall of text.
- The audio is transcribed again from scratch, which also fixes wording Pocket got wrong — including dropped words like "can't" that reverse what someone actually said.
- Open any recording and click Enhance. You can add participant names to help, or skip it entirely.
- Anything we work out ourselves is marked as a guess with the line that led to it, and anyone we cannot place stays "Speaker 1" rather than being given a name we are not sure of.
- Your original transcript is never touched — the enhanced version is saved alongside it in your own cloud storage.
- Included on Pro and Unlimited, measured in audio minutes so a short note costs less than a long meeting.
Reliable summaries on every sync

- Summary files now always include the full executive summary, key points, and action items — fetched fresh from HeyPocket on every sync.
- Have an older recording with a missing or incomplete summary? Click Re-sync on it and the complete summary will be added to your cloud folder.
- Syncing now waits until HeyPocket has finished generating the summary instead of archiving a recording too early.
- The Action Items view aggregates directly from your recording details for better accuracy.
