1. Acceptance of Terms

By using the Pocket Archive bridging service, you agree to these terms. This service is provided internally and by invitation only.

2. Description of Service

Pocket Archive automatically synchronizes your HeyPocket recordings and transcripts to your Google Drive.

3. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your setup link and Google account. You agree to use the service in compliance with all applicable laws and HeyPocket's own terms of use.

4. Communications

By signing up for the Pocket Archive waitlist, you agree to receive product updates, launch announcements, and feature notifications via email. You may unsubscribe at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link in any email or by contacting contact@pocketarchive.us.

5. Data Processing & Third-Party Services

Your waitlist submission data is stored securely in Cloudflare's encrypted KV storage. We use Resend for transactional email delivery. Your email address is shared with Resend solely for the purpose of delivering confirmation and product update emails.

6. Third-Party API Dependency & Service Limitations

Pocket Archive's core functionality — including recording retrieval, transcripts, and archive access — depends entirely on the HeyPocket public API (heypocket.com). Pocket Archive is an independent service and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by HeyPocket or its parent company.

Unlimited Archive History: The ability to access recordings beyond 30 days is made possible through the HeyPocket API as it exists at the time of writing. This feature is provided on a best-effort basis and applies only to recordings that have not been deleted from HeyPocket's own cloud storage. If HeyPocket changes, restricts, or discontinues API access at any time — including imposing new limits on historical data retrieval — Pocket Archive cannot guarantee continued access to older recordings. No refunds or credits will be issued solely due to changes in third-party API capabilities.

We will make reasonable efforts to notify active subscribers of any material changes to service functionality caused by third-party API modifications. However, Pocket Archive is not liable for any data loss, access restrictions, or service degradation resulting from changes outside our control.

7. Limitation of Liability

Pocket Archive is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Pocket Archive shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of this service, including but not limited to data loss, loss of access to third-party platforms, or service interruptions caused by external API changes.
