1. Information We Collect

Pocket Archive only requests access to create files and folders within your Google Drive, specifically for saving audio recordings and transcripts from HeyPocket. We also temporarily store your Google OAuth tokens and Pocket API key in our secure worker namespace to facilitate automatic syncing.

2. How We Use Information

We use your Drive access strictly to upload your Pocket recordings. We do not read or modify files that were not created by Pocket Archive.

3. Data Retention

Your audio and transcript data is processed in-memory and immediately discarded after successful upload to Drive. We do not retain copies of your recordings.

4. Waitlist Data

When you join our waitlist, we collect your name, email address, cloud storage preferences, and optional feature requests. This data is used to prioritize product development and communicate launch updates. We do not sell or share this information with third parties for marketing purposes.

5. Email Communications

We send transactional emails (signup confirmation) and periodic product updates. Every email includes an unsubscribe link. You may also contact contact@pocketarchive.us to request data deletion.
